Taylor Porter was proud to sponsor and support the 11th Annual Celebrity Waiter Fundraiser Event, benefitting the Baton Rouge Children's Advocacy Center, and held July 19, at L’Auberge Casino Hotel.
The mission of the BRCAC is to provide children and their families a solid path to healing and justice through efficient, coordinated and trauma-informed child focused services in the aftermath of abuse or violent crime. The Center serves abused children in East Baton Rouge, Iberville, Pointe Coupee, and West Baton Rouge Parishes.
Since Taylor Porter's founding in 1912 when co-founder B.B. Taylor helped launch Baton Rouge's first YMCA, Taylor Porter has embraced the role of “corporate citizen” and continued for more than 100 years a strong tradition of community service throughout our City, supporting more than 50 community and nonprofit organizations. Whether serving on the boards of directors of nonprofit organizations or making contributions to worthwhile causes, our attorneys and staff make significant contributions to the communities in which they live and work.
