Taylor Porter Partner and health care attorney Adam Thames' article, "Louisiana AG Addresses COVID-19 Drug Treatment and Provider Statutory Protections," was published in the Louisiana Hospital Association Impact Lawbrief April 2020 newsletter.

Established in 1926, the
Louisiana Hospital Association (LHA) is a not-for-profit association representing all types of hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the state. The LHA carries out its mission by providing services and resources to members through advocacy, education, research, representation and communication. The LHA and Louisiana hospitals have joined with state agencies and the federal government to ensure that our healthcare system is ready to treat patients while protecting healthcare employees and our communities. To assist hospitals and their employees, the LHA has compiled key materials and resources from trusted sources regarding novel coronavirus (COVID-19).
